Who We're Looking For
We're looking for Software Engineers with 5 years of experience and excellent skills in the specific technical environments and programming languages used in test automation.

You’ll be involved in innovative projects where your skills will be put to good use in the areas of Cloud Native (AWS, Google, Azure), Integration, and DevOps.
You’ll apply your skills across various sectors, including banking, utilities, public administration, agrifood, and telecommunications.
Required Knowledge
To perform this job effectively, you must have a good understanding of:
- Analysis, design, implementation, and execution of automated test scripts covering application modules in both the “Web” and “Mobile” domains
- How to Perform Manual Tests
- Basic Knowledge of Test Automation Methodologies
- Debugging Activities
- Basic Knowledge of SQL
- Ensure that the test documentation complies with the technical guidelines and is up to date
- Test Reports and Analysis by Project and Line
- Preparation of Technical Documentation
- Defining the Testing Strategy
- Features of commercial and open-source tools available on the market (Microfocus UFT/ALM, Microsoft App Center, Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins)
Preferred qualifications:
- Software Test Lifecycle Management Tools (e.g., Jira)
- ISTQB Certifications
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (Micro Focus LoadRunner/PerformanceCenter, JMeter)
- Knowledge of Gherkin, Cucumber.io, and the Selenium suite
- Git/GitHub User Experience
- Knowledge of at least one programming language
- Knowledge of microservices development frameworks and paradigms
- Scripting (Bash, Python)
- Linux OS Administration
- Windows OS Administration
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps methodology
- Management of Test Automation Solutions at one of the leading cloud service providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

Good knowledge of English
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, the ability to work well in a team, people management skills, and effective communication are what we look for in candidates who want to join our company.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
Experience:
5 years of work experience in the IT sector and at least 3 years in this role.
