Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a Cloud Administrator with excellent technical skills and a strong desire to take on a new challenge.
The Opportunity and the Challenge
Driving change requires a solid foundation—bring your skills to Viasky and be part of the evolution of the new IT landscape.
You’ll be involved in innovative projects where your skills will be put to good use in the areas of Cloud Native (AWS, Google, Azure), Integration, and DevOps.
You’ll apply your skills across various sectors, including banking, utilities, public administration, agrifood, and telecommunications.
Required Knowledge
To perform this job effectively, you must have a good understanding of:
- Configuration and management (monitoring and tuning) of an AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
- Containerization (Docker – Kubernetes – Helm)
- Linux OS Administration
- Windows OS Administration
- Networking and Firewall Management (IPsec, iptables, VPN)
- Load Balancing – SSL Termination
- Web servers and reverse proxies (Apache, Nginx, HAProxy)
- Scripting (Bash, Python)
- OpenShift
- OpenStack
Preferred qualifications:
- Installation, Configuration, and Backup Policies; Security Policies; System Tuning
- Database Monitoring (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Kubernetes
- Git/GitHub
- RH Ansible
- Terraform
- High Availability & Disaster Recovery
- Virtualization (IaaS)
The following round out the profile:
Good knowledge of English
Analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, the ability to work well in a team, people management, and effective communication are what we look for in candidates who want to join our company.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
Experience:
5 years of work experience in the IT sector and at least 1 year of experience designing and managing solutions on one of the major cloud service providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
