Who We're Looking For
We're looking for Business Analysts with at least 5 years of experience in the IT field who can collaborate with Product Owners and development teams and lead the requirements gathering and detailed analysis phases of highly technical projects.

You’ll apply your skills across various sectors, including banking, utilities, public administration, agrifood, and telecommunications.
Required Knowledge
To perform this job effectively, you must have a good understanding of:
- Proficiency in writing user stories and detailed technical documentation
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework
- Curiosity/Passion for the World of Data and Digital Technology
- Proficiency in quantitative techniques and tools
- Customer Focus
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and strong motivation
- Accuracy and the ability to summarize
- Communication Skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Maintain constant communication with the development team to provide support and clarification during implementations
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management and/or analysis methodologies (e.g., PMO, Business Analyst, BPR, Agile, SCRUM) and specific frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, etc.
- Defining Low-Level Solutions Based on High-Level Requirements
- Ability to identify impacts on application modules
- Identification of the set of services provided by other systems to manage their integration
- Theoretical knowledge of the Open API Specification format
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Methodology for Calculating Function Points (IFPUG)

Education:
Bachelor's degree in scientific or economic disciplines (Management Engineering and other engineering disciplines, Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics)
Experience:
5 years of work experience in the IT sector, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Business Developer.
